1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your EquitAI Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not require any cancellation fees.
2. Refund Policy for Digital Services
Due to the immediate access to our digital data analytics and NLP research tools upon subscription, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused time, or accidental purchases.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a strict case-by-case basis if there is a verified technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing the service. Such requests must be submitted to support@aistockmatcher.com within 7 days of the charge.
4. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
